Privacy Policy

How EuroWear Export collects, uses and protects the business information you send through this website.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of this website and to business contacts who send us a wholesale enquiry, a quotation request, a contact-form message or a stock-alert registration.

We deal with businesses: wholesalers, importers, distributors, boutiques, market traders and online sellers. The information we ask for is commercial contact information, not consumer profiling data.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you enter: full name, company name, email address, telephone and WhatsApp number, preferred language.
  • Enquiry details: product categories, quality grades, estimated quantities, preferred packing, destination country and port, Incoterm, delivery period, requested brands, target buying price and any instructions you add.
  • Files you choose to upload, such as a purchasing list.
  • Selections stored in your own browser, such as your quote basket and language preference.
  • Basic technical information generated when a page is served, such as the request date and the pages requested.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated advertising.

  • To prepare and send you a quotation and to answer your questions.
  • To arrange inspections, order preparation, packing and transport documentation for a confirmed order.
  • To keep a commercial record of offers made and orders processed.
  • To send stock information where you have asked to receive it.

4. Legal basis

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract, on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, on your consent for optional messages such as stock alerts, and on legal obligations for accounting and export documentation.

5. Who we share it with

  • Freight forwarders, carriers and customs agents, where needed to quote or move your order.
  • Warehouse and inspection partners handling the preparation of your lot.
  • Banks and, where applicable, a payment provider, for settlement of an invoice.
  • Service providers that host this website, store enquiry records or deliver our email.
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

6. International transfers

Because our buyers are worldwide, information relating to your order may be transferred outside your own country, for example to a carrier or customs agent at the destination. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as needed for commercial follow-up. Records relating to a completed order are kept for the retention period required by accounting, tax and export law in our country of establishment.

8. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, or you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also withdraw consent for optional messages at any time.

Requests are handled through the contact details on our contact page. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

9. Security

Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it for your order. This website is served over an encrypted connection. No online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents you do not want stored.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our processes change. The date above shows the last revision.
